OREANDA-NEWS. April 3, 2009. President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan has signed a decree approving the Regulation on Especially Hazardous Rescue Service of the Ministry of Emergencies.

The Presidential Administration press service informs that the Cabinet Ministers was commissioned to prepare proposals for one month on bringing the valid standard and legal acts in compliance with the decree. The Cabinet and relevant organs of executive power were also charged with providing this conformity. The decree comes into effect from the day of its signing.
