OREANDA-NEWS. March 13, 2009. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin sent a telegram wishing a happy 55th birthday to Belarusian Prime Minister Sergei Sidorsky.
The telegram said:

"Your active position in life, determination and high professionalism make it possible for the Belarusian Government to successfully tackle the economic, social, humanitarian and other challenges facing it. You are making a substantial personal contribution to expanded bilateral multi-faceted integration cooperation and to the development of the Union State.

"I take advantage of this opportunity to reaffirm our readiness for close joint work with you in the interests of the Russian and Belarusian nations."
