OREANDA-NEWS. On 11 March 2009 was announced, that a kindergarten for 160 children and a school for 600 pupils were inaugurated in the city of Mary. They were built by Turkish company Ilk Inshaat. Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov attended the inauguration ceremony.

"Turkmenistan's brightest hopes are pinned on the young generation. That is why the state will continue exerting efforts to create all conditions for happy life of our children, to develop their art skills and ensure children's harmonious development," the president of Turkmenistan said during inauguration of the kindergarten.
