OREANDA-NEWS. On 25 February 2009 was announced, that Governor Jury Evdokimov has signed the decision "About creation of nature sanctuaries in Lovozersky area of Murmansk area".

Nature sanctuaries of regional value declare "the Bird's markets of a lip Domestic" (on the area of 610 hectares), "the Lip Ivanovo" (on the area of 7480 hectares), "a growth Place briorii two-colour at mountain Viddpahk" (on the area of 1500 hectares).

This decision is aimed at development of a network of especially protected natural territories of Murmansk area and preservation unique ekosistem.

The area government also has confirmed corresponding passports of nature sanctuaries and recommended municipal union administrations Lovozersky area to make necessary changes to the contract of rent of the earths under reindeer-breeding pastures regarding observance by managing subjects of a security mode of the nature sanctuaries located in rented territories
