OREANDA-NEWS  On 18 February was announced, that the State Committee for Entrepreneurship and Regulatory Policy (SCERP) elaborated a model of relations and dialog with banking institutions for road carriers, who have credits. Head of the State Committee for Entrepreneurship and Regulatory Policy Olexandra Kuzhel announced to a media conference.

 “On realizing the National Bank pursues a rather independent policy and subordinate to the President alone, we have not opportunity to influence its policy, so we have made a hundred percent juridical propositions for our road carriers,” Olexandra Kuzhel explained.

She said, debtors have a right not to agree with raising of interest rates by banks unilaterally.

Moreover, Olexandra Kuzhel underlined the banks are ready to make arrangements with the debtors concerning restructuring of credits in order provide an opportunity for the debtors to pay only interests, without paying credit principal.

Olexandra Kuzhel called upon 02all the clients of the banks to assert their rights and remain calm.

“We propose road carriers to reach an understanding,” Olexandra Kuzhel summed up.
