OREANDA-NEWS. January 29, 2009. Ministry of Labour and Social Security is working on the recruitment projects for population.

Vakhat Mammadov, the Chief of Employment and Demography Department (Ministry of Labour and Social Security), said the country intends to carry out measures, which have been already implemented in developed countries.

“There are several priority directions: retraining of specialties and organization of the work with community. Suitable programs and events to cover the whole Republic are already planned for those directions. First of all, this will be a recruitment project and upgrading the rural regions’ infrastructure at the state expense, but the private sector will be attracted as well. We are trying to make our social partners more active. Employers should provide information more operatively,” Mammadov said.
