OREANDA-NEWS. January 22, 2009. As it was informed in the press service of the Ministry of economy and commerce, the Vice-Minister of Economy and Commerce Sergiu Sainciuc will present the report on the benefits of legal migration, will share experience of Moldova in implementation of migration policy management as well as recommendations for improving benefits for migrants and their families.

The deputy minister will also present achievements of Moldova in the field of migration, in particular, in the development of effective mechanisms for coordinating the migration flow by means of adoption of the Law on labor migration, promotion of the plan of actions in this field, normalization of the labor market and increase of investments in the national economy.

The forum was attended by 200 participants, including representatives of the governments, international organizations, business circles and civil society. The second part of the forum will be held on May 18-20, 2009 in Athens.
