OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2009. During 2008 the Ministry of Industrial Policy has received increased number of petitions from citizens which proves growth of level of trust in the Government. In general, last year the Ministry received 843 petitions (by 15.3% more against the previous year).

Last year 84 petitions have come from war and labour veterans, multi-children families and other citizens who need social protection.

The largest amount of requests was lodged by residents of the capital and Kyiv region. 

Among the principal problems contained in the addresses to the Ministry of Industrial Policy are arrears of wages by enterprises, solving of accommodation issues, propositions from inventors and rationalizers.

The website of the Ministry of Industrial Policy places schedules of reception of citizens by officials of the Ministry and work of hotline. At this, every concerned can use feedback service and address with a question to the officials of the Ministry of Industrial Policy through Internet.
