OREANDA-NEWS. Vneshtorgbank has received the new firm-name – JSC “VTB Bank”. According to the information provided by “Gazeta”, the following changes have been registered today and have been written down in the bank’s regulations.

Firm-name changing is the closing up part of a strategic rebranding in the context of which the JSC ”VTB Bank” and its associated structures in Russia, in the countries of the CIS, Europe, Asia, and Africa, with the bank’s participation dole of more than 50%, have gathered under the united firm-name.

This is the important stage of the VTB’s development strategy realization, that foresees the forming of a strong international financial group and further strengthening of the competitive positions in all the key segments of the banking market, including the corporate clients service, the small-scale and the medium-scale businesses, the public crediting and the investment-banking services.
