OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian division of the Swedish company Electrolux, which left the country, plans to launch its own brand of household appliances Vard in the spring. Kommersant writes about this.

According to the newspaper, specialists of the former Electrolux service center will be developing a new line of equipment. The products will be focused on the middle price segment, but in the future the company plans to enter the premium.

It is noted that the management of Vard will attract debt financing for the project, however, a number of sources of the publication claim that there are several billion rubles left on the accounts of Electrolux in Russia, which the company can use to launch a new production.

Earlier it was reported that since the beginning of the year, demand for repair services for household appliances and gadgets has sharply increased in Russia, sales of refurbished smartphones are also growing. The trend, in particular, is recorded by representatives of services where repair proposals are placed.
