OREANDA-NEWS. Samsung has again become the leader on the Russian market. In the II quarter of 2019, according to specialized electronic stores, Samsung smartphones beat out for first place in sales in monetary and quantitative terms.

In the first quarter of 2019 Honor took 27.1 per cent, ahead of Samsung. According to the Director of procurement of the combined company "Svyaznoy Evroset" Michael Komkova, Samsung regained the lead in the number of smartphones sold in the second quarter of 2019, second and third place by sales was occupied by Honor and Apple. "In monetary terms the leader is Samsung, followed by Apple located and Honor", — he said.

It is also reported that for the first five months of this year, according to "M. Video-Eldorado", the sale of smartphones in Russia amounted to 13.5 million units, and this result was six per cent higher.

Sales volume of such vehicles received 216 billion rubles, which is 12% larger.
