OREANDA-NEWS Since the beginning of the work of the medical decision support system, the smart assistant of the doctor "TOP-3" has helped to deliver 10 million preliminary diagnoses to the capital's doctors, of which more than a million since the beginning of this year. The AI-based service was created by the Moscow government together with the Beber Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and the company
"We are actively developing artificial intelligence in the capital's medicine. In October 2020, we introduced a medical decision support system into the work of all adult city polyclinics. With the help of a smart assistant, therapists and general practitioners have already made more than 10 million preliminary diagnoses, of which more than a million since the beginning of this year. And thanks to the package prescriptions developed by Moscow doctors and implemented in EMIAS in addition to the module for making a preliminary diagnosis, doctors spend 10 times less time on prescribing diagnostics to confirm a preliminary diagnosis. Of course, the final decision is always left to the doctor, but the SPD acts as a reliable assistant. We hear positive feedback: the synergy of the doctor's work and artificial intelligence makes patient admission faster and more effective," said Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.
