Immortality is Гnattainable - Scientists have Found that the Aging Process cannot be Stopped

OREANDA-NEWS Scientists have been trying for decades to find a way to stop or reverse aging, using the vast capabilities of genomics and artificial intelligence, as well as support from governments and private investors - the total volume of this "industry" is now estimated at $ 110 billion, and by 2025, according to some estimates, it will have to reach $ 610 billion. However, as shown by a new "unprecedented" study conducted by an international group of scientists, humanity is most likely unable to slow down the aging process due to a number of biological restrictions, writes The Guardian.
According to the British publication, as part of the study, experts from 14 countries - including experts from the University of Oxford - tested the hypothesis of "constant aging rate", according to which each species has a relatively well-defined rate of aging after reaching maturity.
"Our findings support the theory that more people are living significantly longer, not because we slow down the dying process, but because mortality decreases at a younger age," said Viscount Liverhum Center for Demographic Research at Oxford University Jose Manuel Aburto, who, as part of the study, analyzed data on the age of death and fertility on different continents of the planet over several centuries.
According to The Guardian, all the data sets studied by Aburto's wards confirmed the same mortality pattern: the risk of death is extremely high in infancy, sharply decreases in childhood and adolescence, remains low until middle age, and then reads steadily over the years. ...
