A spy drone in the shape of an owl was presented at the Army-2019 forum at the stand of the Military Innovation Technopolis ERA, Interfax reports.

The newest design has wings and a tail, like an owl. Drone can fly 20 km and be in the air for up to 40 minutes. Also, the development is capable of detecting ground targets at a distance of up to 10 meters.

The purpose of the device is to determine the coordinates of ground-based reconnaissance objects with high accuracy.

It is noted that the drone can also be made in the form of falcon and other birds.
