OREANDA-NEWS. The Corporate University of PJSC TATNEFT in cooperation with GMC consulting will organize a republican scientific and practical seminar "Professional standard as a HR policy tool. Adaptation and implementation problems” on May 27, 2016.

The main goal of the event will be exchange of successful experience in implementing professional standards and development of corporate standards,   solution of actual problems of personnel selection, appraisal and development in accordance with the requirements of the standard. In the frame of the seminar program the work will be organized on development of a roadmap for introduction of professional standards, personnel qualification assessment and adaptation of job descriptions.

The seminar will be held on May 27, 2016, from 9:00 to 16:30, at the following address: "Yunost" health improvement camp, Krasnoarmeyka district, Almetyevsk, Republic of Tatarstan.
