OREANDA-NEWS. The Human Stem Cells Institute, one of Russia’s leading biotech companies, today announced the decision of the Company’s Board of Directors to recommend the following annual dividends for 2015 to the Annual General Shareholder’s Meeting:

  • RUB 0.30per ordinary share;
  • The total amount of the proposed dividends for 2015 is RUB 22.500 million (including the Company’s FY2015 net profit and retained earnings from previous years under RAS).

In accordance with the decision of HSCI’s Board of Directors to be approved at the AGM, shareholders of record on June 30, 2016 will be entitled to receive dividends for 2015.

On June 16, 2016 the AGM, to be held at 11 a. m. (Moscow time) at 22 Tverskaya str., INTERCONTINENTAL MOSCOW TVERSKAYA (Popov Hall), Moscow 125009, Russia, will approve dividend payments and the record date for receiving dividends.
