OREANDA-NEWS Sources in the supply chain claim that Apple is preparing to release the 5G MacBook Pro in 2020, while other laptop manufacturers plan to release cellular models using the new network by the end of 2019. 

It is not yet clear how Apple will solve the problem that 5G communication signals will be jammed on the aluminum case of the MacBook. Most likely, special ceramic antennas will be created for such a laptop. 

As expected, the company will introduce a laptop with a 16-inch screen in the fall. Compared with the current 15-inch model, the size of the cover of the new “MacBook” will not change, but the diagonal of the panel will grow to 16 inches due to the narrowing of the frames.
