OREANDA-NEWS As follows from the documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the American investment firm FMR LLC increased its stake in Yandex N.V. to almost 19.5 million shares (5.983% of the capital), follows from the message published on February 9. At the beginning of February 2022, this investor owned 4,928% of Yandex N.V.
Yandex N.V. is registered in the Netherlands and is the head structure of the Russian Yandex Group. The company's shares have been listed on the US NASDAQ exchange, so it and its shareholders must notify the SEC of significant events.
