OREANDA-NEWS. July 15, 2016.  the Belarusian State University (BSU) and IBA Group conducted SAP Summer School, a free training in SAP for teachers. The training session was held at the IBA–BSU IT Competence Center in Minsk and welcomed teachers from the CIS countries. BSU and IBA Group organized SAP Summer School within the SAP University Alliances global program.

With support from IBA Group, BSU joined the program in 2012. This year, as a result of the university's successful and efficient work in the program, the summer training was held outside Russia for the first time.

The key topics of SAP Summer School were:

  • SAP HANA Cloud Platform
  • Business analytics based on SAP Lumira

During the training, Sergei Markov, Director of the IBA–BSU IT Competence Center, shared his knowledge of curriculum development for postgraduate and undergraduate students of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science of BSU.

Yuriy Bondar, Deputy General Director at SAP CIS and SAP BA Head of Analytics, and IBA Group representatives participated in the final meeting of SAP Summer School to discuss the results of the training.
