(Nasdaq:CDNA), a molecular diagnostics company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of clinically differentiated, high-value diagnostic solutions for transplant patients, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 2,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of \\$4.00 per share, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by CareDx. The net proceeds to CareDx from this offering were approximately \\$7.8
million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses.
Piper Jaffray & Co. acted as sole manager for the offering.
