OREANDA-NEWS. At the Annual General Meeting held on 15 June the resolutions were passed to approve the Annual Report, Annual Accounting Statements, including the Income    Statement.

The press service of OJSC “Severstal” informed that also the decision to allocate profit based on financial year results was adopted. Dividends for the 2006 results will be paid in the amount of five (5) roubles per one ordinary registered share. Profit based on 2006 results not earmarked for the payment of dividends for the 2006 results shall not be allocated.
