OREANDA-NEWS. In January-April 2007, Kosogorski Metal Works made 228,2 thousand tons of pig-iron, ferromanganese - 20,2 thousand tons.

According to the press centre of OJSC “Kosogorski Metal Works”, manufacture of pig-iron in January-April 2007 increased by 4,4 thousand tons in comparison with January-April 2006. Production of ferromanganese increased by 1,4 thousand tons.

For January-April 2007, 540,5 tons of grey moulding, 88 tons of forged pieces, 658 conditional tons of metal constructions, 47,9 thousand pieces of slag brick have been made. In January-April 2007 the factory produced commodity output to the amount of 2 billion 369 million roubles.

For four months of 2007 TPP-PVS generated 45,2 million kWh of electric power, or 2,1 million kWh less than for analogous period of 2006. Generation allowed to provide completely manufacture with electric power, without buying it.

In January-April 2007, manufacture of secondary production has increased - moulded slag delivery to consumers made 46,9 thousand tons, or 33,7 thousand tons more than for analogous period of 2006. Slag road-metal production made 7.8 thousand tons.
