OREANDA-NEWS. In January-March 2007, Russia exported 1 million 263,1 thousand tons of pig-iron worth $359,7 million.

According to the Federal Customs Service, export in the overseas countries totalled 1 million 213,2 thousand tons worth $345,3 million.

Export to the CIS countries made 49,9 thousand tons to the amount of $14,4 million.

In 2006 Russia exported 5 million 942,2 thousand tons of pig-iron worth $1 billion 456,4 million.
