OREANDA-NEWS. In January-February 2007, Russia exported 832,3 thousand tons of pig-iron to the amount of $237,1 million.

According to the Federal Customs Service, export to the overseas countries totalled 798,8 thousand tons worth $227,8 million.

Export in the CIS amounted 33,5 thousand tons worth $9,3 million.

In 2006, Russia exported 5 million 942,2 thousand tons of pig-iron to the amount of $1 billion 456,4 million.
