OREANDA-NEWS.  In January-March 2007, the Russian Federation has increased production of coke by 4,6 % - up to 8,3 million tons in comparison with January-March 2006, the Federal Service of State Statistics informed.

Production of coke in the Russian Federation in March 2007 was 4,7 %  more than production in March 2006 and 9,5% more than production in February 2007.

In 2006, the Russian Federation increased coke production by 3 % - up to 32,7 million tons in comparison with 2005.
