OREANDA-NEWS. Chusovoy Metallurgical Works (CMW, Perm Territory), a part of United Metallurgical Company (OMK), has summed up its production results for March 2007.

According to the press service of OMK, last month, Chusovoy Metallurgical Works produced 7,400 tonnes of automobile springs – a 23% increase YOY (6,000 tonnes). From early 2007, CMW has produced 18,200 tonnes of automobile springs, by 36% more than during the first three months in 2006 (13,400 tonnes).

In March 2007, the Works produced 43,700 tonnes of finished steel – a 5% increase as compared with March 2006 (41,500 tonnes). From early 2007, CMW has manufactured 104,000 tonnes of finished steel.

Last month, Chusovoy Metallurgical Works made 48,100 tonnes of steel – a 21% increase as compared with March 2006 (39,600 tonnes). From early this year, CMW has produced 123,800 tonnes of steel.
