OREANDA-NEWS. From this year the total sum of social payments under the Collective agreement of OJSC “Severstal” for 2007-2009 adopted on March 20, 2007 at the conference of labour collective, will increase by 30 million roubles.

According to the press-service of "Severstal", general director of CherMK of OJSC “Severstal” Anatoly Kruchinin said about this.

Representatives of all structural divisions of the enterprise have taken part in the conference. A discussion of its clauses and sections took practically three months. All work has been directed on constructive interaction and achievement of the best results in social partnership.

Items and additions accepted during the discussion concerned issues of payment, and, the parties managed to agree about indexation of incomes at growth of consumer's basket by 5 %, and also labour safeties, social privileges. The sizes of target loans of the company to workers have grown by 50% in case of marriages, in case of help to large families, working women who are being on maternity leaves that is the contribution of the company in the national project on maternity support. Items on additional payment for combined trades and expansion of service zones are updated according to the Labour Code.
