OREANDA-NEWS. The enterprise “Magnezit”', a part of Group “Magnezit”, has increased manufacture of refractory products for the first two months of 2007 in comparison with analogous period of 2006 by 5,3% - up to 64,5 thousand tons. For the same period, manufacture of commodity powders is increased by 14% - up to 141,1 thousand tons.

According to the press-service of “Magnezit”', in February 2007 the enterprise “Magnezit” made over 30 thousand tons of refractory products. Commodity powders were produced at the rate of over 66 thousand tons, or 10,7% more than in February 2006.

From the beginning of this year the enterprise has increased volume of shipment of powders by 13,9% - up to 141 thousand tons in comparison with analogous period of 2006, shipment of products for the first two months of 2007 has increased by 1% and has exceeded 60 thousand tons.

Shipment of refractory products to the Russian consumers for January-February 2007 has made over 49 thousand tons, or 0,6% more in comparison with analogous period of the last year. Shipment of powder since the beginning of 2007 has made approximately 96 thousand tons, or 4,7% more than parameter of analogous period of 2006.
