OREANDA-NEWS. The planned meeting of the JSC INPROM committee of directors was held, during which, the decision concerning the creating of the 24th company’s branch in Izhevsk was reached. The committee of directors reached also a number of decisions concerning the questions about law and organization, connected with the opening the branch. The strategy of the affiliated societies’ network in the eastern part of Russian Federation has also been discussed.

Besides that, according to the INPROM’s press-cut service, the committee of the directors listened to the president’s monthly report on the fulfillment of the economic and financial plan of the company in 2007, and also approved the deal, which they were interested in.
