Oreanda-News. JSC “Magnotigorskiy Metallurgical Combine” payed the dividends based on the results of the first semester of 2006. According to the Press Service of JSC “Magnotigorskiy Metallurgical Combine”, the total sum of payment was 8 billion 662 million 285 thousand and 675,52 RUR.

The dicision about the payment of dividents based on the results of the first semester of 2006 was made at the special meeting of the shareholders on the twenty-ninth of August last year.

The sum of dividents is 8 billion 663 million 630 thousand and 604 RUR or 0,815 RUR per one registered ordinary share. 1 billion 344 thousand 928,48 RUR were not payed because the shareholders didn’t give information necessary for transfer of money

According to the disicion of shareholders, the term of paying the dividents could not be longer than 180 days after the disicion made.
