OREANDA-NEWS. KZ OTsM (an affiliate of the UMMC) has successfully passed repeated certification examination of the quality management system on conformity to requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. Examination was carried out by auditors of “Intercertifica - TUV Ltd" (Moscow).

According to the press-service of UMMC, positive results of examination entitle KZ OTsM to reception of the certificate DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and the right to use the trade mark TUV CERT during three years. Also, according to requirements of the standard the observant audits will be annually carried out at the enterprise.

Now there is a procedure of registration of the certificate, which KZ OTsM plans to receive in February 2007. Action of the certificate extends on manufacture and processing of copper and copper-containing alloys and manufacturing of products from them.
