OREANDA-NEWS. The engineering-building battalion of RUSAL plans to invest $137,5 million in development of new technologies from 2007 to 2010.

According to AK&M, Valery Matvienko, director of the battalion has declared about it at the conference "Metallurgical Summit of CIS", organized by Adam Smith Institute.

According to him, in 2006 expenses for these purposes have made $26,2 million. In 2007 the company plans to invest $50 million.
