Russia Exported 45 Million 960,7 Thousand Tons of Ferrous Metals in 2006
OREANDA-NEWS. In 2006 Russia exported 45 million 960,7 thousand tons of ferrous metals worth $17 billion 847,5 million.
According to the Federal customs service, export in the overseas countries made 42 million 405,4 thousand tons worth $16 billion 146,4 million. Export to the CIS countries totalled 3 million 555,3 thousand tons worth $1 billion 701,2 million.
Without taking into account pig-iron, ferroalloys, waste and scrap metal, Russia exported 28 million 454,2 thousand tons of ferrous metals worth $13 billion 96,6 million in 2006. Export to the overseas countries made 26 million 85,6 thousand tons worth $11 billion 691,6 million. Export to the CIS countries totalled 2 million 368,6 thousand tons worth $1 billion 405 million.
