OREANDA-NEWS. In December 2006, manufacture of rolled products by Ukraine increased by 9,8 %, or by 294,7 thousand tons - up to 3 million 304,6 thousand tons in comparison with November.

According to "Ukrainian news", in December, Mariupol Metal Works after Ilyich  has increased manufacture by 5,2 % - up to 522,8 thousand tons, enterprise “Mittal Steel Krivoy Rog” (former “Krivorozhstal”) has raised manufacture by 10,7 % - up to 610 thousand tons, “Azovstal” increased manufacture by 8,7 % - up to 478,2 thousand tons.

In 2006 manufacture of rolled products has increased by 4,9 %, or by 1 million 710,5 thousand tons in comparison with 2005 and has made 36 million 618,8 thousand tons.
