OREANDA-NEWS. On January 16, 2007 session of the Board of Directors, at which the decision on convocation of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders was adopted, was held at OJSC “Kosogorskiy Metal Works”.

According to the press centre of OJSC “Kosogorskiy Metal Works”, it is supposed to approve the new edition of the Charter, which should unite all earlier made amendments and consider last changes of the legislation, at the meeting.
