According to the operative data, in 2006, Yenakievskiy Metal Works (YMW, Donetsk region) has increased manufacture of finished steel by 19,3% - up to 2,6 million tons in comparison with the last year, steel - by 13 % up to 2,546 million tons, pig-iron - by 13 % up to 2,201 million tons, having reduced production of agglomerate by 11,3 % to 2,124 million tons.

According to the Interfax-Ukraine, in December 2006 YMW has made 260 thousand tons of finished steel, 248 thousand tons of steel, 208 thousand tons of pig-iron and 167 thousand tons of agglomerate.

In 2005, YMW has reduced manufacture of finished steel by 4 % to 2,180 million tons, steel - by 8,5 % to 2,254 million tons, pig-iron - by 10,8 % to 1,948 million tons in comparison with 2004, having increased manufacture of agglomerate by 10,9 % - up to 2,395 million tons.
