OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC “Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works” (OJSC “MMK”) has concluded the contract about entering the securities into the list for listing with OJSC “RTS Stock Exchange”.

According to the press-service of MMK, shares of OJSC “MMK” are included in the quotation list of OJSC “RTS Stock Exchange”. At the same time, shares of OJSC “MMK” would be excluded from the quotation list of the Noncommercial partnership "Stock exchange "Russian Trading System" in connection with the decision of the Board of directors NP "RTS" on transition of the tenders by all securities in OJSC “RTS Stock Exchange”.
