OREANDA-NEWS. In 2006, the industrial complex “Magnezit”, which is a part of the Group “Magnezit”, has increased manufacture of refractory products by 7,3 % - up to 387,4 thousand tons in comparison with 2005, and production of commodity powders – by 11,7 % up to 805,9 thousand tons.

According to the press-service of “Magnezit”, the volume of realization of refractory products has increased by 10,5 % in comparison with January-December 2005 and has made 3,7 billion roubles, commodity powders - by 11,5 % up to 1,9 billion roubles.

For 2006, the enterprise has raised shipment of products to the Russian consumers in comparison with 2005 by 1,7 % - up to 301,3 thousand tons, shipment of powders has increased by 7,5 % and has made 550,7 thousand tons.

In December 2006, the industrial complex “Magnezit” made 34,2 thousand tons of refractory products, or 6,6 % more than in December 2005; commodity powders - 74,6 thousand tons, or 4,1 % more than in December of the last year. Refractory products were sold to the amount of 338,4 million roubles (growth by 12,8 %), commodity powders - for the sum of approximately 176 million roubles (growth by 8,9 %). In December the enterprise sold production to the Russian consumers to the amount of 481,1 million roubles – 21,5% growth against December 2005.
