OREANDA-NEWS. OJSC “Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works” has finished payment of dividends for 2005. The press-service of the company informed.

Dividends for 2005 at the rate of 0,532 roubles per one ordinary share including taxes have been added on the basis of the decision of general meeting of shareholders from April 21, 2006. The total sum of the added dividends has made 5 billion 655 million 277 thousand 891,2 roubles. Sum of the paid dividends has made 5 billion 654 million 465 thousand 251,09 roubles. 812 thousand 640,11 roubles have not been paid in connection with the fact that shareholders have not given the information for transfer of money resources.

Payment of dividends for 2005 has been completed on December 31, 2006.
