OREANDA-NEWS. In November of this year OJSC “ММК” produced 131,1 thousand tons of ready ore, 848,8 thousand tons of agglomerate, 431,4 thousand tons of coke, 766,1 thousand tons of pig-iron.

According to the information and public relations department of OJSC “ММК”, the melt of steel in the last month made 1 million 87,7 thousand tons, manufacture of rolled products - 980,5 thousand tons. Output of commodity metal products in November made 72,4 thousand tons.

The share of export in the structure of shipment of production by OJSC “ММК” in November has made 44,5%.

For eleven months of this year Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works produced 1 million 333,1 thousand tons of ready ore (93,5 % against parameter of analogous period of 2005), 9 million 912,7 thousand tons of agglomerate (105,5 %), 5 million 54,6 thousand tons of coke (99 %), 8 million 954,7 thousand tons of pig-iron (101,5 %), 11 million 361,7 thousand tons of steel (109,1 %) and 10 million 457,6 thousand tons of rolled products (110,2 %).

Manufacture of commodity metal products for eleven months of 2006 has made 10 million 304,2 thousand tons (110,6 %).

Thus, for now Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works has exceeded the last year’s parameters of production of commodity metal products at the rate of 10,2 million tons.

The export share in shipment of metal products by OJSC “ММК” for January-November 2006 has made 46,2% (49,8 % for analogous period of the last year).
