OREANDA-NEWS. Management of Joint-Stock Company “CHTPZ Group” together with international Institute Kaizen started realization of the program of organization of effective manufacture - Kaizen - strategy of continuous improvements - at Chelyabinsk Pipe-Rolling and Pervouralsk Novotrubni Plants.

According to the press-service of CHTPZ Group, simultaneously the project on introduction of principles of industrial system Lin (Lean Manufacturing - economical manufacture, American analogue of Kaizen) has been launched at the enterprises of the service battalion of CHTPZ Group - company “CHTPZ - Complex pipe systems” ("CHTPZ-KTS"). The purpose of the programs is the maximal satisfaction of consumer and, as consequence, increase of competitiveness of production in the internal and external markets.

For the last two years Kaizen is the second scale project implemented at the enterprises of pipe battalion of CHTPZ Group with the purpose of strengthening of competitiveness of the company due to perfection of culture of manufacture and formation of strategy of continuous improvements. It is a logic continuation of the program TOM being successfully implemented in the company ("total optimization of manufacture", McKinsey&Company), directed on continuous perfection of technological processes and the industrial equipment.
