OREANDA-NEWS. Extraordinary meeting of shareholders of OJSC “Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works” has made a decision to pay dividends for nine months 2006.

According to the press-service of the enterprise, the total sum of the added dividends will make 9 billion 673 million 501 thousand 656 roubles, or 0,91 roubles per one ordinary registered share.

The meeting of shareholders was held on November 28 in the form of absentee voting. 97,7031 % out of total number of shareholders have taken part in the meeting. 99,9710 % of those who took part in the meeting have voted for decision-making on payment of dividends.

According to the charter of OJSC “MMK”, payment of the added dividends should be made till May 27, 2007.
