OREANDA-NEWS. For January-October 2006, the enterprise of raw complex UMMC – OJSC “Ghai GOK” has made 409 thousand 441 tons of copper concentrate (100,2 % in comparison with analogous period of 2005), copper in it - 61 thousand 416 tons (100,2 %). Output of sulphuric pyrites made 340 thousand tons (136 %), sulphurs in it - 163 thousand 359 tons (136,6 %).

According to the press-service of UMMC, Ghai GOK produced 4 million 603 thousand tons of ore (110,2 % in comparison with analogous period of 2005) for ten months of 2006. In particular, 3 million 724 thousand tons of ore (112,4 %) were produced on underground mine.

In total, for January-October 2006, Ghai GOK made commodity output to the amount of 5 billion 806 million roubles, or 50,7 % more than similar parameter of 2005.
