OREANDA-NEWS. For January-October 2006, Oskolsky Electrometallurgical Plant, which is managed by the management company “Metalloinvest”, has shipped 2 million 443,65 thousand tons of production (2 million 426,43 thousand tons in 2005), including 1 million 674,26 thousand tons of rolled products (1 million 700,61 thousand tons in 2005), 396,36 thousand tons of steel (283,7 thousand tons in 2005), 373,03 thousand tons of pellets (442,12 thousand tons in 2005).

According to the press-service of management company “Metalloinvest”, in October 2006 the plant shipped 182,55 thousand tons of rolled products (177,29 thousand tons in 2005), 35,29 thousand tons of steel (21,12 thousand tons in 2005), 17 thousand tons of pellets (40,01 thousand tons in 2005).

The most part of pellets produced by the plant is directed for needs of own manufacture for maintenance of orders for production of higher repartition.
