OREANDA-NEWS. For January-October 2006 the enterprise of raw material complex of UMMC – “Uchaly GOK” OJSC has made 272 thousand 224 tons of copper concentrate (101,9 % in comparison with analogous period of the last year), copper in it - 41 thousand 400 tons (103,3 %).

Also, for ten months from the beginning of this year the enterprise has made 217 thousand 1 ton of zinc concentrate (105,8 %), zinc in it - 100 thousand 150 tons (106,1 %).

According to the press-service of UMMC, extraction of ore at Uchaly GOK for the period under review has made 4 million 52 thousand tons (104,5 %).

Besides, Sibayskiy branch of Uchaly GOK has made 97 thousand 976 tons of copper concentrate (growth in 3,6 times) for ten months from the beginning of this year, copper in it - 15 thousand 344 tons (growth in 3,5 times). Extraction of ore has made 304 thousand tons (growth in 3,9 times).
