OREANDA-NEWS.  In 2010, the United Metallurgical Company (OMK) plans to produce approximately 2,5 million tons of pipes, approximately a half of which would be the large-diameter pipes.

According to the press service of OMK, on November 13 President of United Metallurgical Company (OMK) Vladimir Markin said about this making his report at the 2006 Russian Metal Market conference, which traditionally inaugurates the Metal Expo exhibition week held in Moscow.

In 2006, OMK is going to ship 1,6 million tons of pipes of all assortments, over 800 thousand tons of which would be the large-diameter pipes.
