OREANDA-NEWS. For January-September 2006, OJSC “Svyatogor” (enterprise of metallurgical complex of UMMC) has made 50 thousand 639 tons of blister copper (102 % in comparison with analogous period of 2005).

According to the press-service of UMMC, for the period under review, OJSC “Svyatogor” has made 19 thousand 990 tons of copper in copper concentrate (100,1%), 428 thousand 280 cubic meter of rubble (106,4 %), 7 million 519 thousand pieces of brick (at the rate of analogous period of the last year). OJSC “Svyatogor” increased ore mining by 4,2 % - up to 639 thousand tons.

It is expected that OJSC “Svyatogor” will produce approximately 68 thousand tons of blister copper (102 % against 2005) this year.
