OREANDA-NEWS. In September 2006, export of long-length and profiled iron by Ukraine reduced by 2,2 %, or by 13,50 thousand tons to 598,47 thousand tons in comparison with August.

According to "Ukrainian news", receipts from export of long-length and profiled iron increased by 3,8 %, or by $10,90 million - up to $297,50 million.

In comparison with September 2005, export of long-length and profiled iron in September 2006 has increased by 19,2 %, or by 96,19 thousand tons.

In January-September 2006, export of long-length and profiled iron has grown by 19,1 %, or by 839,30 thousand tons in comparison with January-September 2005 and has made 5 million 240,14 thousand tons worth $2 billion 285,26 million.

In 2005, export of long-length and profiled iron reduced by 11,2 %, or by 762,51 thousand tons in comparison with 2004 and has made 6 million 39,83 thousand tons to the amount of $2 billion 481,65 million.
