OREANDA-NEWS. In September 2006, export of ferroalloys by Ukraine increased by 6 % or by 6,18 thousand tons - up to 108,96 thousand tons in comparison with August 2006.

According to "Ukrainian news", receipts from export of ferroalloys increased by 5,2 %, or by $3,62 million - up to $73,71 million.

Export of ferrosilicon manganese increased by 10,8 %, or by 7,51 thousand tons - up to 77,28 thousand tons.

Export of ferrosilicon decreased by 32,5 %, or by 1,08 thousand tons to 2,24 thousand tons.

Export of ferromanganese increased by 2,8 %, or by 0,49 thousand tons - up to 18,18 thousand tons.

In comparison with September 2005, export of ferroalloys in September 2006 has grown by 25,6 % or by 22,18 thousand tons.

In January-September 2006, export of ferroalloys increased by 4 % or by 33,37 thousand tons in comparison with January-September 2005 and has made 869,97 thousand tons worth $586,12 million.

In 2005, export of ferroalloys reduced by 16,3 %, or by 217,71 thousand tons in comparison with 2004 and has made 1 million 120,67 thousand tons to the amount of $782,67 million.
