OREANDA-NEWS. In September 2006, export of coke by Ukraine increased by 0,3 %, or by 0,15 thousand tons up to 58,21 thousand tons worth $8,43 million in comparison with August, "Ukrainian news" reported.

In comparison with September 2005, export of coke in September 2006 has increased by 2,8 %, or by 1,60 thousand tons.

In August, export of coke increased by 61,8 %, or by 22,17 thousand tons up to 58,06 thousand tons worth $9,09 million in comparison with July.

In 2005, export of coke reduced by 64,4 %, or by 2 million 56,48 thousand tons in comparison with 2004 and has made 1 million 136,23 thousand tons to the amount of $218,91 million.

The largest Ukrainian manufacturer of coke is Adveyevsky Coke-and-Chemical Plant (Avdeyevka, Donetsk region).
